Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities

• With a trained eye for detail, you review testing and inspection documents, providing a reliable basis for release decisions.
• You prepare Certificates of Analysis and analytical reports accurately, thereby documenting the quality evidence of the tests performed.
• You are responsible for managing and maintaining specifications for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• You create and implement test procedures and work instructions in a structured manner, supporting clear and practical execution.
• By implementing test plans, you contribute to ensuring process and product quality.
• You handle OOS procedures and quality deviations systematically and derive appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• You carefully review external release documents, certificates and reports, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• You coordinate stability studies from planning through execution and prepare the associated plans and reports.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Life Sciences/Natural Sciences or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience (e.g., chemical laboratory technician or technical specialist)
• Very good German and English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, LIMS, MasterControl and ERP systems (SAP)
• Solid knowledge of GMP and familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, standards and guidelines
