For our Spare Parts Warehouse, we are looking for a careful and technically skilled Quality Control Specialist – High-Value Electronics / 3C Products (m/f/d) .
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, visually inspecting and functionally testing returned high-value electronic products, such as mobile phones, graphics cards, computer hardware, gaming consoles and other 3C products . The goal is to reliably identify product deviations, manipulation, missing parts or quality defects, document them properly and initiate the correct next steps for further product handling.
Your Responsibilities
- Receive, visually inspect and functionally test returned high-value electronic products
- Check serial numbers, IMEI, external condition, functions, accessories and packaging completeness according to SOP
- Identify anomalies such as product switching, disassembly, part replacement, counterfeiting, missing components or other irregularities
- Conduct risk assessments for suspicious or anomalous products
- Perform further inspection of anomalous products, such as disassembly, hardware testing and performance testing
- Support product authenticity verification where required
- Document inspection results, including photos, videos and other evidence
- Accurately enter inspection results into the system
- Classify products based on inspection results, such as normal warehousing, refurbishment/repair, used-product grading, anomaly interception or scrapping
- Analyze recurring anomalies and typical manipulation cases
- Support the continuous improvement of inspection standards, SOPs and risk identification rules
Your Profile
- Experience in inspection, repair, refurbishment or quality control of electronic products
- Experience with mobile phones, computer hardware, graphics cards, gaming consoles or similar products is an advantage
- Ideally at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic understanding of hardware structures, product functions and common fault patterns of 3C products
- Ability to identify manipulation, disassembly, part replacement, product switching or other irregularities
- Experience in refurbishment, second-hand electronics, repair or inbound quality inspection is a plus
- Very careful, structured and responsible working style
- Good documentation skills and confidence in handling evidence such as photos, videos and inspection results
- Willingness to work according to clear SOPs and quality standards
- Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
