Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Customer Support

Your Tasks

• Manage customer quality issues (field & 0‑km claims) as the first interface
• Act as key interface between OEM customers and HQ Korea (claim management)
• Prepare, review and validate quality documentation (8D)
• Drive root cause analysis through data evaluation and technical discussions with global stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM representatives at multiple locations
• Provide on-site customer support and actively contribute to sustainable problem resolution
• Lead and coordinate product reflash activities, ensuring proper planning, execution and tracking
• Report on quality KPIs and improvement measures to management

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or
• electrical engineering
• First professional experience in the field of Automotive Quality
• Strong knowledge of 8D and structured problem-solving methods
• Customer-oriented, analytical and proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel
• Good communication skills in an international environment
