Quality Expert Plant PMT/QMS (f/m/x)

In this role you drive the quality management system at Webasto, aligning with the IATF 16949 framework to support continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage audits, and translate quality data into actionable insights. The position combines system development, process optimization, and training to uphold top-tier customer satisfaction. You will work within a quality-focused culture that values structured, data-driven decision-making.

• Maintenance, development, and digitalization of the Quality Management System (QMS) per IATF 16949
• Plan, execute, and follow up on internal audits; support external certification and customer audits
• Identify optimization potentials in business processes; assist departments with corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare quality reports and monitor plant KPIs for management
• Conduct training sessions to promote quality awareness and QM methods

• Engineering studies completed or comparable technical qualification
• Auditor IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and QM methods
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and structured, analytical approach
• Business fluent German and good English
