Recently, EmTroniX joined forces with Anywaves, a leading European space antenna specialist, creating a stronger, more integrated space RF, electronics, antennas and payload subsystems group. This merger opens up exciting new opportunities to work on larger, more complex programmes, expanded international markets, and end-to-end satellite payload technology solutions. 

To support this evolution, we are seeking a Quality Technician to support quality assurance activities within our electronic production environment. The role involves performing inspections throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring product conformity, supporting non-conformance management, and maintaining compliance with EN9100 requirements. 

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections at all stages of production:  
• Incoming inspection 
• In-process inspections 
• Final inspection 
• Ensure product conformity with applicable specifications and quality standards 
• Support the management of non-conformities, including identification, reporting, root cause contribution, and follow-up 
• Participate in quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability in line with EN9100 requirements 
• Monitor and record environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, particle levels, etc.) to ensure compliance with production constraints

• Clear and structured communication

Job requirement?

• Technician-level education (or equivalent experience) in electronics, quality, or related field 
• Good understanding of EN9100 requirements 
• Familiarity with standard quality processes (inspections, non-conformance management, reviews, etc.) 
• Strong attention to detail, rigor, and effective time management 
• Familiar with usual KPIs 
• Fluent in English – French is a strong asset 
• Knowledge of EEE components (Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical) and their lifecycle management would be a plus 
• Familiarity with equipment and machinery used in electronic assembly lines
