Real Estate Credit Operations Specialist, Bielefeld (Hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Senior Fund Investment Manager (Private Credits) to work hybrid in Frankfurt with the following requirements:

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in private-credit fund selection, analysis & due diligence is a MUST
• Strong financial analysis skills; deep understanding of fund strategies, structures & risk
• English C1 and German C1 proficiency
• Exposure to Infrastructure, Private Equity, M&A, Leveraged Loans, Debt Advisory, Private Credit Secondary

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyse and assess private-market fund managers with focus on Private Credit
• Lead qualitative & quantitative due diligence on strategy, track record, team, structure, T&Cs and risk profile
• Prepare well-founded investment recommendations for internal committees and institutional clients
• Actively monitor existing fund investments incl. performance analysis and liquidity planning
• Create and present investor reports; attend committee, mandate and client meetings
• Produce market analyses and help evolve existing & new investment concepts
• Support sales teams in new-client acquisition through expert product presentations
