Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage external partners (brokers, consultants, contractors, suppliers) and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define workplace strategies, business requirements, and space optimization solutions.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement, and contract negotiations to maximize value.
• Ensure the delivery of sustainable, compliant, and employee‑centric workplaces while representing Schneider Electric’s interests externally.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate, construction management, and building systems.
• Experience managing construction projects, lease negotiations, landlord relationships, and broker partnerships.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and business cases.
• Understanding of sustainability principles, including LEED certification, energy efficiency, and smart building solutions.
• Strong project management, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent English communication proficiency.

Salary

Starting annual salary of €85,000 per year, including a variable component. The figure refers to full‑time positions in Germany. Compensation is based on qualifications and relevant experience and aligned with market benchmarks.
