Recovery and Resolution - Analyst (all genders)

In this role you support the JPMSE Recovery & Resolution agenda and act as the primary contact for senior management and regulators. You collaborate with Finance, Risk, Business Management, Treasury and Operations to coordinate plans, submissions and governance. You drive updates to the Recovery Plan, contribute to the firmwide Resolution Plan, and ensure timely data collection and reporting. The position offers exposure to high‑level regulatory work and cross‑functional delivery with meaningful impact on the bank’s resilience.

• Support the JPMSE Recovery & Resolution agenda, including regulatory submissions
• Coordinate communications and escalation between JPMSE Head Office and global functions
• Drive annual updates of the JPMSE Recovery Plan
• Deliver the SRB Work Programme and timely data collection
• Contribute to the firmwide Resolution Plan (Title I)
• Ensure completion of regulatory priorities and ad-hoc requests, and prepare workshops
• Contribute to governance committees for Recovery & Resolution oversight
• Report/escalate to Management Board and steering committees
• Understand regulatory policies, assess impact, and implement new requirements
• Respond to ad-hoc queries and prepare presentations for senior meetings
• Deliver and maintain robust documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related area
• Excellent written and oral English communication
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data aggregation
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
