Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize the recruiting strategy
• Development and implementation of creative active-sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the construction planning sector
• Direct approach to potential candidates via various channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, StepStone & Co.
• Building and continuously maintaining a talent pool and actively managing relationships with promising candidates
• Identification and use of innovative tools and methods for effective candidate research and outreach
• Participation in and organization of networking events, university and career fairs to strengthen the employer brand

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a corporate environment or a recruitment consultancy with a focus on technical roles/engineering
• Creativity and openness to innovative approaches in talent scouting
• Confident use of sourcing tools, the MS Office suite and, ideally, SAP SuccessFactors
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills and good interpersonal judgement
• Enthusiasm for digital trends such as artificial intelligence in recruiting
• Occasional willingness to travel within Germany
