Recruiting Partner DACH

In this role you act as an elite internal recruiter and consultant, shaping the freelancer experience on Malt’s platform in the DACH market. You will challenge client briefs, drive proactive delivery, and partner with account managers to close opportunities across Enterprise and SMB segments. You’ll coach freelancers on the matching algorithm and feed AI/product feedback to engineering, driving a high-quality user experience. This position blends strategic matchmaking, revenue-focused execution, and product innovation to accelerate Malt’s growth in the Future of Work space.

• Challenge and refine client briefs through rigorous qualification interviews to find best-fit profiles
• Create compelling business proposals and empower clients to use Malt independently
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to execute recruitment phases and secure budgets
• Close project opportunities and drive delivery across Enterprise and SMB verticals
• Coach freelancers on Malt's matching algorithm and relay frontline AI/product feedback to engineering teams
• Improve user experience for both clients and freelancers through ongoing optimization

• 3+ years of quantifiable impact in sales, recruitment, customer success, or project management in a fast-growing B2B environment
• Proven resilience and ability to manage peak workloads
• Native-level German and fluent English
