Recruitment Manager

Lead a small team of 2‑3 Recruitment Partners and manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for IT roles in the Polish market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Support senior‑level headhunting and direct sourcing.
• Participate in day‑to‑day recruiting when needed.
• Use ATS & HRIS (Lever, Personio, etc.) to manage pipelines.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics and drive process improvement.
• Organize and prioritize team work, leading initiatives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in Poland and the USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• 6+ years IT recruitment experience, preferably in product companies.
• Proficiency in Polish (C2) and English (B2/C1).
• Hands‑on experience with Lever, Personio or similar ATS.
• Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills for senior roles.
• Data‑driven mindset: time‑to‑hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness.

• Available full‑time, can attend Warsaw office as required.
