Regional Medical Affairs Manager Respiratory(m/f/d)

In this field-based role, you will lead scientific engagement in North Rhine-Westphalia, building trusted relationships with respiratory experts and healthcare professionals to inform medical strategy and improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial teams, shaping evidence-generation and educational activities. The position offers the opportunity to influence strategy and engage with key opinion leaders in a science-led environment.

• Develop and maintain scientific partnerships with respiratory specialists and healthcare organisations
• Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific engagement
• Generate actionable insights from the field to inform medical strategy
• Support advisory boards, scientific meetings and medical education activities
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial colleagues
• Support evidence-generation and investigator-initiated research activities

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc or equivalent)
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Practice or a related scientific role
• Strong respiratory or relevant therapeutic area expertise
• Proven ability to build credible external relationships
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
