Overview

In this on-site role, you lead regional medical strategies for GU/prostate cancer, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and research centers. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliant medical activities, while supporting trials and educational programs. Verantwortungsbereiche

Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with regional healthcare professionals, investigators, and research centers
Plan and execute regional medical strategies and engagement activities aligned with global and local plans
Provide evidence-based, timely responses to medical and scientific inquiries from clinicians and healthcare partners
Support clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies, including trial start-up activities
Develop and manage medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and congress activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of compliant and impactful medical activities

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields; PhD or medical doctorate preferred
Several years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or related roles within pharma/biotech, especially in prostate cancer
Strong ability to interpret clinical data and communicate scientific evidence clearly
Field-based experience (e.g., Medical Science Liaison or Regional Medical Affairs Manager)
Experience supporting clinical trials and managing educational or advisory programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for science and patient impact
