Regional Sales Manager - Water and Power (CEE Region)

You will lead the Water & Power sector in Germany, shaping commercial direction and driving growth for a global engineering leader. In this high-impact role you’ll manage a cross-functional agenda, influence strategy, and deliver profitable performance while expanding presence in critical infrastructure. You’ll develop people, forecast effectively, and bring innovative solutions to life in collaboration with engineering, operations, strategy and services. • Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets
• Lead account development and drive long-term growth
• Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance
• Coach and develop sales teams to deepen customer penetration
• Provide market intelligence and support product roadmap development
• Ensure accurate forecasting and strong channel performance
• Lead W&P-focused campaigns, events, and new product introductions
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services

• Degree in Engineering
• Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7+ years)
• Proven track record of commercial success
