Regional Sales Team Manager (m/f/d) Osteoporosis (fixed term)

We are looking for a Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused person for the Regional Sales Team Manager (m/f/d) Osteoporosis position to join our Patient Impact Germany team, based in Germany for the duration of two years.

About the Role

You will enable a regional team to create sustainable value for people living with osteoporosis. Connecting scientific understanding with human insight, you will translate national strategy into meaningful regional action. You will foster team development, cultivate healthcare partnerships, and support responsible commercial performance. Your work will address patient needs while ensuring every activity meets ethical, quality, and compliance standards.

Who You’ll Work With

You will join a collaborative, gently supportive community across Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Learning and Development, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Project Support. You will work closely with regional colleagues, healthcare professionals, agencies, and associations. Together, you will share insights, coordinate plans, and foster an inclusive culture where colleagues feel empowered to contribute to patient value.

What You’ll Do

• You will foster and develop a regional sales team toward shared performance goals.
• You will enable regional execution aligned with scientific, ethical, quality, and compliance standards.
• You will cultivate lasting partnerships across regional healthcare ecosystems.
• You will create and implement regional sales plans aligned with national strategy.
• You will manage expenses, forecasts, reporting, and customer relationship management data quality.
• You will stay current on scientific, commercial, financing, policy, and market developments.

For this role, you will bring the following education, experience, and skills:

• Pharmaceutical sales training or a degree in business, pharmacy, or science.
• Proven experience of commercial field.
• Good understanding of osteoporosis patient journeys, unmet needs, and the German market.
• Experience in creating plans using market, prescription, and sales information.
• Language knowledge fluently in German and English, including writing and presentations.
• Open to travel regionally and use Microsoft Office tools confidently.
