Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support clients by identifying, engaging, and scheduling industry experts for consultations and research projects. This role involves significant telephone and client interaction in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential industry experts to secure their participation in client projects.
• Understand client requirements and schedule expert calls that meet project timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring high level of service.
• Cold‑call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections and securing buy‑in.
• Engage in cross‑sell of Third Bridge services such as content library, surveys, advisory, and 1‑1 expert calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in German (written and oral, level C1 or higher).
• Strong intellectual curiosity, ambition, and resilience.
• Experience in leadership or extracurricular roles, internships, or other achievements demonstrating drive.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence in telephone and face‑to‑face engagements.
• Fast learning ability and comfort with a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
