REISEVERKEHRSKAUFSMANN GESCHÄFTSREISESERVICE (M/W/D)
Amex GBT, in partnership with DFB-Reisebüro GmbH, is seeking a qualified individual to support our business travel services for the German national football and handball teams. The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Consult, process, and manage customer requests, travel bookings, and reimbursements for group and individual trips, covering flights, trains, hotels, and car rentals.
- Handle queue management and complaint resolution.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating invoices (BSP, DB, etc.), reconciling ADM/ACM accounts.
- Provide consultancy on entry and visa regulations, and assist in visa procurement.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Completed education as a tourism sales manager (Tourismuskaufmann/-frau) or travel agency sales manager (Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau).
- Professional experience in business travel, preferably with group travel.
- Strong knowledge of IATA, DB, GDS-Amadeus, and MS Office.
- Experience with the Midoco tool is advantageous.
- Independent, team‑oriented, and confident in customer interactions.
- High initiative, service orientation, and quality focus.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
- Passion for a sporting environment, especially football and handball.
- Structured, self‑reliant, reliable work style with flexibility and eagerness for challenges.
- High service and communication competence, trustworthiness, and responsibility.
