With all of that said, we’re looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our established affordable housing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead remote engagements for affordable housing entities, including LIHTC partnerships and HUD-subsidized properties.
• Perform and review audits and financial statements for:
  • Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) partnerships
  • HUD programs
  • State and local housing agencies
• Mentor and develop senior and staff auditors, providing technical guidance specific to affordable housing and real estate audits.
• Stay current on HUD guidance, AICPA audit standards, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7+ years of public accounting experience (required).
• At least 1+ years of Supervisor or Management experience.
• Strong focus on Affordable Housing / Real Estate audits.
• Working knowledge of GAAS, Uniform Guidance/Single Audits/HUD audit requirements.
• Experience managing engagements through the full lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Active CPA.
