This position involves managing a full caseload of WC defense matters, attending hearings, and maintaining communication with clients. The firm offers a remote-first work environment, extensive support for its attorneys, and a collaborative billing model that allows high earnings potential.
Qualified candidates will have an active California Bar licence and a minimum of 1.5 years in the field. The role provides a competitive base salary between $100,000 and $220,000, with additional performance bonuses.
