The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering a high-touch client experience and serving as a long-term advisor to its clients rather than simply a compliance-focused accounting firm.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being client-facing, takes ownership of relationships, and thrives in an environment where professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter.

The CAS Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a group of clients while partnering closely with firm leadership and the tax team. The position offers a strong blend of accounting oversight, client management, process coordination, and advisory exposure.

What They're Looking For

• 5 years of Client Accounting Services, outsourced accounting, or bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience
• Prior experience managing multiple client relationships
• Comfortable reviewing work and overseeing client deliverables
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, real estate clients, entertainment clients, or closely held businesses is a plus
• Public accounting or family office experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
