About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at AppXcess Technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies through analysis.
• Assist various business units by preparing customized reports and dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Create visualizations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across projects and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis logic.
• Adhere to AppXcess Technologies' policies and ethical standards while handling data responsibly.
• Proactively raise and address any concerns about data privacy and security.

Other Responsibilities

• Stay updated with evolving data trends and tools.
• Support the team in data audits, ad-hoc reports, and internal projects.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and any one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio)
• Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
