Remote Insurance Agent (Flexible Schedule) – Licensed or Willing to Obtain License

Full Job Description

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Agents. In this role, you will work with clients to help them understand and explore insurance and financial protection options while providing a high level of service and communication.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a commission-based compensation structure. Agents have the flexibility to set their own schedules and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on insurance and financial protection options
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with applicable guidelines
• Participate in training and team development sessions

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (if not currently licensed)
• Ability to pass a background check, where required

Licensing & Training

• This role requires a state insurance license
• Training, guidance, and mentorship are provided throughout the process
