Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities in sales

Our Treesoft CRM already has over 70,000 qualified addresses stored. Over 5,000 new addresses are added each year via Google, Microsoft Bing, trade fairs, and downloads of our trial version from our website.

Your responsibilities in sales (new customers) include:

• Initial contact with newly generated customers
• Advising interested parties on our software products and solutions, including needs analysis
• Conducting online product presentations
• Preparation of individual quotations and processing of orders
• Support in developing sales strategies to achieve jointly planned sales targets

Your responsibilities in support

Your responsibilities in support (existing customers) include:

• Providing assistance and support to existing customers with technical questions and concerns
• Distribution of product supplements and enhancements, as well as training and other services
• Resolving customer inquiries, if necessary in cooperation with our second-level support (technicians and developers)
• Documentation of customer inquiries and support processes
• Identification of product improvement potential and communication to the development team
• Training customers in the use of our software products
• Close cooperation with other support staff
• Revision and maintenance of existing documentation
• Expansion of component catalogs and symbol libraries

Your profile

must-have

• You have strong communication skills, enjoy talking on the phone, and have a talent for sales.
• Basic computer skills, strong customer focus, and flexibility are a given for you.
• You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented approach to work, yet you are also a team player.
• You are highly motivated to learn and look forward to new tasks and challenges.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills.

You can learn everything else here with us, and if necessary, we will provide you with appropriate training and further education.

Nice to have

• Ideally, you will have commercial or technical training.
• You are interested in new technologies and software solutions.
• You are knowledgeable in the field of electrical engineering and ideally can read circuit diagrams.
• Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage for international sales and service.
