Job Title: SAP FICO Team Lead / Senior Consultant (S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation)
Location: Germany (Remote with occasional onsite visits as required)
Duration: 12+ Months, full time

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Team Lead capabilities to join an ongoing long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations and possess strong business process knowledge across Finance and Controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP FICO workstreams within a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Drive process design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to functional consultants and project team members.
Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Participate in onsite workshops and client meetings in Germany when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.
Proven experience leading SAP FICO teams and managing functional workstreams.
Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation project.
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling business processes.
Experience with solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
Ability to travel and work onsite in Germany when required.
