The role

A strategic architect for our internal user insights, based in Berlin. As the Ops & AI Insights Manager, you are the product owner of our research infrastructure. You will build and scale the AI-powered systems that turn fragmented qualitative and quantitative signals into a real-time, queryable knowledge engine, enabling Product, Design, and Marketing to make faster, smarter decisions while transforming us into an AI-native organization.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Architect AI Workflows: Design and implement automated systems to process high volumes of unstructured data (user verbatims, sales calls, support tickets) into machine-readable, recurring insight reports.
• Build Dynamic Knowledge Systems: Transition our research repository from static documents to an active, AI-driven knowledge base where cross-functional teams can "chat" with and query past research.
• Pioneer AI Research Methods: Develop, deploy, and validate advanced use cases, such as creating reliable synthetic personas and utilizing AI for research preparation, testing, and analysis.
• Establish Governance & Trust: Own the ethical guidelines and risk management for AI use, ensuring data privacy, mitigating algorithmic bias, and validating the accuracy of AI-synthesized outputs.
• Drive Organizational Change: Act as an internal change agent, training researchers and stakeholders to trust and utilize AI insight tools effectively and responsibly.

You bring:

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Research Operations, Product Operations, Data Analytics, or a highly technical UX Research role within digital product or service companies.
• Language: Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
• Technical Chops: Practical experience with workflow automation (e.g., Zapier, n8n), advanced prompt engineering, and a strong understanding of LLM integrations, APIs and modern data structuring.
• Change Management Skills: Proven ability to drive tool adoption, overcome skepticism, and pitch operational improvements as revenue and efficiency multipliers to leadership.
• Bonus (Ideal): Prior experience in digital marketplaces and familiarity with Model Context Protocols (MCPs) or building custom AI agents.
