• research in the area of numerical analysis of nonlinear stochastic partial differential equations (65 %)
• teaching to the extent of 3 hours per week (25 %)
• contribution to academic self-administration (10 %)

• fixed-term (3 years) (§ 2 (1) sentence 1 of the WissZeitVG; in accordance with the provisions of the WissZeitVG and the Agreement on Satisfactory Conditions of Employment, the length of contract may differ in individual cases)

• relevant scientific university degree (e. g. a Master's degree); the degree must be completed by the time of appointment

• strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred experience and skills

• experience in the numerical analysis of partial differential equations or stochastic differential equations
