Responsibilities

• Execution of orders including demolition as part of the empty apartment extension in coordination with the trades of individual modernization / bathrooms, electrical, carpentry and heating, ventilation, plumbing
• Design and maintenance of interior walls, ceilings, floors and facades as well as surfaces of objects made of various materials.
• Laying wall, ceiling and floor coverings including drywall construction and cladding ceilings and walls
• Interior design with different painting techniques, but also with wallpaper and plaster, depending on the commission.

Qualifications

• you have a good eye for quality as well as a sense of customer and service orientation;
• you are friendly, flexible and reliable;
• you have completed training in a skilled trade and have gained initial work experience in one or more trades.
