About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.

This on-site role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail management, customer service, and store operations .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and brand image
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, reports, and basic administration
• Track KPIs and take action to improve store performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail procedures

Your Profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop management, or store management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and reporting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German; English is an advantage
