(Senior) Specialist Operations & Client Success Retail Media (m/f/d) 1

• Planning, execution, and optimization of retail media advertising campaigns across onsite channels (e.g., SPA, SBA, PDA), offsite channels (DSP, Search, etc.), and in-store channels (e.g., in-store TV)
• Achievement of campaign objectives and maximization of campaign revenue
• Generation of actionable insights based on campaign performance and market data to support customer success
• Development and implementation of optimization strategies for existing client campaigns
• Development of media strategies and media planning recommendations
• Utilization of reporting data to identify upselling opportunities
• Direct collaboration with agencies and industry partners, as well as support of national and international sales teams
• Preparation and delivery of presentations for internal and external meetings
• Development and enhancement of key operational tools, processes, and organizational structures
• Contribution to product development and optimization in collaboration with the Product team
• Establishment, execution, and management of creative services and additional content initiatives
• Onboarding, training, and technical support for customers using self-service products, particularly marketplace clients
• Cross-functional coordination and communication with Product, Sales, Vendor Strategy, and Tech teams across multiple countries

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field
• Expertise in campaign management and optimization across Retail Media, SEA, Display Advertising, and related digital advertising channels
• Strong understanding of ad serving, DSP, SSP, and analytics platforms
• Experience working within international teams and matrix organizations
• Strong analytical skills and experience with the technical implementation of digital advertising products
• Deep understanding of Retail Media, Programmatic Advertising, and data-driven advertising solutions, including their value propositions
• Operational agility and adaptability in fast-paced, emerging, and rapidly growing business environments
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, combined with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English; additional proficiency in German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or Polish considered an advantage
