In this role you will support RF lab validation and advancement of test capabilities. You will maintain and refine RF benches, execute non-signalling measurements, and perform first-level root-cause analysis for bench/DUT issues. You will automate tasks with Python and contribute to test coverage, quality, and visualization of results. You will work closely with the lab to ensure reliable measurements for cellular standards and drive improvements in test routines. This is a hands-on position in a high-performance, global R&D environment that values reinvention and impact.

- Validate quality and completeness of raw measurement results and document outcomes
- Troubleshoot DUT issues, perform root-cause analysis and suggest workarounds
- Integrate quality improvements in test routines (e.g., chamber cycling, self-testing) and add visualization features for results
- Execute test automation using Python scripting
- Operational lab support: monitor test systems, identify malfunctions, and coordinate repairs/calibrations with lab management
- 5-8 Years experience
- VLSI Board Design (mandatory)
- Python scripting for test automation
- RF lab experience and measurement of cellular standards
- DUT handling and calibration workflows
- Root-cause analysis and problem-solving in a lab environment
- Ability to interface with lab management for repairs and calibration updates
- RF measurement equipment and measurement techniques
