Rocycle Instructor

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated instructors to join our studio to teach Rocycle and Roform classes. The instructor will be responsible for delivering energetic, inclusive, and technically sound cycling sessions, while also gaining comprehensive training in our program.

Training Programme

The training program spans 2–4 weeks and is divided into two stages: online modules and in‑studio sessions.

• Online learning modules: complete at your own pace before training starts.
• In‑studio training: 2–4 sessions per week, including riding, teaching and workshop exercises.
• Final Community Ride: the capstone session that confirms successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Rocycle training programme.
• Flexible schedule with availability outside standard business hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Teaching at least 6–8 classes per week, scheduled in blocks across three to four days on a fixed schedule.
• No vacation longer than one week during the first three months after training completion.
• Must be a resident of the city for which you are applying.
• Availability submitted at time of hire must be adhered to for at least four months.

Role Expectations

• Lead an energetic Rocycle class, guiding a room of 60+ participants with correct technique and cadence.
• Cultivate strong connections with riders and team members, representing the brand positively.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy: be on time, reliable, and work well within a team.
• Maintain exceptional hospitality and inclusiveness in every interaction.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
