Sales and Sales Partner Coordinator

With roots in the Southern part of Finland, Kempower is a globally operating DC fast charger designer and manufacturer.

Role Overview

As a Sales and Sales Partner Coordinator at Kempower, you will support the local sales team by executing sales activities, handling incoming leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving our mission to revolutionize transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales leads as well as customer and partner inquiries via phone and email.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing support, and preparing and calculating quotations and contracts.
  • Update and maintain Salesforce records accurately.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, partner activities, and follow‑ups.
  • Assist in creating sales materials, preparing reports, and other internal documentation needs.

This role is based in Düsseldorf and is primarily office‑based, with full‑time on‑site presence expected.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed apprenticeship or relevant hands‑on work experience in internal sales or sales support roles (e.g. Vertriebsassistenz, Vertriebsinnendienst, Teamassistenz Vertrieb).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar is considered an advantage, but is not required.
  • Previous experience in sales support tasks such as order processing, invoicing and customer service.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Organized way of working and ability to navigate in a fast‑paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required for this role. Other languages are a plus.
