Sales Assistant - MaxMara Airport

Overview

Join the Max Mara Fashion Group team at the Frankfurt Airport store as a Sales Assistant . The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.


• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.


• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.


• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop


• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience


• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion


• Customer-oriented approach


• 10+ years expertise in Retail Sales


• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills


• Fluent in English and German language
