Sales Director (m/f/d) Germany, Remote

As Sales Director you own the sales strategy, the growth of our partner studios in DACH (and later Europe), and you build and lead the sales team. You work directly with the founders on forecast, hiring and compensation – with above-market commission on every partner you and your team close.

What you will do

• Define and execute the sales strategy for DACH (DE focus first)
• Build, lead and coach the sales team
• Own top-tier partners and key accounts personally
• Forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs and reporting to founders
• Open new regions and set up local representation

What we are looking for

• Several years of B2B sales experience with proven results
• Experience building and leading sales teams
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on attitude
• Excellent German and English
• Passion for fitness, premium brands and alliance models
