Sales Engineering Coordinator

Stellenbeschreibung:

Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless system designs, project estimates, and budgetary proposals with Senior Sales Engineers
Prepare and organize technical and sales-related project materials
Support customer-focused solution development aligned with project requirements and business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and company standards
Participate in customer site walks and site surveys
Attend internal and customer-facing meetings with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams
Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, and supporting documentation
Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the sales and planning process
Maintain accurate project records, drawings, estimates, and related documentation
Organize project information for accuracy and accessibility
Support project coordination and administrative activities for the Sales Engineering team
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and business needs

Requirements

Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Interest in technology, networking, wireless systems, and solution design
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
