Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for clean energy and sustainability? One of Berlin's fastest-growing clean power technology companies is looking for a commercially sharp, German-speaking Sales Executive to accelerate their expansion across the DACH region and beyond.

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly scaling clean power technology business headquartered in Berlin. At the forefront of the energy transition, they develop and deploy innovative solutions spanning renewable power generation, smart energy management, and next-generation grid infrastructure. The Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you will take ownership of a defined territory and customer portfolio, driving new business development while managing and growing existing accounts. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to bring compelling, solution-led propositions to market across utilities, commercial & industrial, and public sector clients.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, maximising revenue and retention
• Develop a deep understanding of client energy challenges and present tailored clean technology solutions
• Work collaboratively with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools, reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across the region
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy, providing market intelligence and competitive insight

• Fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken — essential
• Proven B2B sales track record, ideally within utilities, solar/renewable energy, or electronics/electrical technology
• A consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with demonstrable new business success
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Commercial acumen and the ability to build compelling business cases
