As a Sales & Growth Agent, you will work hands‑on with both sales and marketing activities, focusing on building a strong pipeline and increasing our market presence. This is a proactive role where you are expected to generate opportunities.
You will:
You will be part of the Customer Growth Team, working closely with colleagues across sales, customer success and marketing. The team collaborates continuously, sharing insights and aligning on customer needs.
The way of working is hands‑on and dynamic, with a strong focus on turning ideas into measurable results. You are encouraged to contribute your own initiatives and take ownership of driving them forward.
Experience from working with marketing initiatives and campaign execution is beneficial, especially if you have used social media as an active growth channel. Familiarity with CRM systems, KPI tracking, and analyzing sales performance will help you succeed in the role, as will an interest in market analysis and contributing to broader growth strategies.
