• Lead the transformation of integrated supply and demand planning, ensuring alignment with Barnes Molding Solutions’ strategic goals.
• Drive SIOP best practices, integrating demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning to balance supply with customer demand.
• Use data analytics and forecasting tools to identify market trends, manage risks, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across functions.
• Lead cross-functional change management initiatives, implementing SIOP strategies in high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing environments.
• Develop and optimize planning processes, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the supply chain and production workflows.
• Analyze complex supply chain and production challenges, implementing rapid, sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and resilience.
• Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure SIOP effectiveness and continuously refine processes for improved results.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in SIOP, supply chain management, or operations planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production planning with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
• Proficiency in data analytics, forecasting tools, and ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex planning processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze supply chain challenges and develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Ability to manage change, drive collaboration, and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Experience in high-precision manufacturing industries (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or related sectors) preferred.
• Fluent English required; German, Italian or Chinese are a plus.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
