Our client, a leading player in the Ingredients sector for Food & Beverage, is seeking a Sales Manager Animal Feed (m/f/d) to join our client's team in Germany on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact, commercial role focused on driving B2B sales within the animal feed market. You will be instrumental in expanding market presence, shaping pricing strategies, and contributing to long-term growth while working closely with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience

Sales Manager Animal Feed (m/f/d) - Germany

• Animal feed industry experience (5-10 years): Proven track record working specifically in the feed business, with deep understanding of products, customers, and market dynamics.
• Hunter mindset: Strong new-business development capability, proactively identifying, approaching, and closing opportunities to grow market share.
• Market investigation: Ability to research and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and commercial decisions.
• Pricing & forecasting: Experience setting and negotiating prices and building reliable sales forecasts to support budgeting and planning.
• B2B feed business experience: Comfortable operating in complex B2B environments, managing key accounts and building long-term customer partnerships.
• Technical background: Capacity to understand the technical aspects of animal feed ingredients and translate them into clear commercial propositions.
• Education in agriculture or related field: Academic grounding in agriculture or a closely related discipline supporting credible technical and commercial conversations.
