Your future responsibilities as Sales Manager Automotive (m/w/d)

  • Expanding business with existing customers
  • Closing design-wins at selected new target customers for the entire product portfolio (Display-link/APIX; light networks/ISELED & IlaS; SerDes sensor-link/APXpress)
  • Work with sales/distribution partners, ISELED-alliance members and OEM in parallel
  • Introduction and promotion of applications and benefits of INOVA product portfolio at customers and car manufacturers
  • Expand customer base and increase market share remarkably
  • Global market responsibility
  • Promotion activities (exhibitions, conferences, website)
  • Support revenue forecast and sales budget planning
  • Contract negotiations and settlement of business agreements
  • Budgetary quotations
  • Product Management

Your Profile as Sales Manager Automotive (m/w/d)

  • Degree in economics or in a technical field
  • Experience in semiconductors and/or automotive systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B-Sales and product management
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Positive and open attitude
  • Team-oriented style of work
  • Excellent communication and intercultural skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • MS-office, ERP, CRM experience
  • Fluent in German and English

Onboarding & Getting Up to Speed

As a new member of the Automotive Sales Team, you naturally want to hit the ground running. We’ll support you from the very beginning with a structured and practical approach.

We’ll give you a clear understanding of our products, processes, target groups, and sales procedures. Through concise training sessions, helpful materials, and practical insights, you’ll learn step by step everything you need for a successful start in automotive sales.

After just a short time, you’ll take on your first independent tasks and be actively integrated into day-to-day sales operations—from approaching customers and assessing their needs to supporting the proposal and closing processes. This allows you to apply what you’ve learned directly and gain valuable hands‑on experience.

Of course, we won’t leave you to figure it out on your own: your team is always there to support you. With each passing week, you’ll gain more confidence, build your understanding of the market and customers, and gradually develop into a trusted point of contact for our clients in the automotive industry.
