Sales Manager in Schwäbisch Hall (m/f/d)

Your new responsibilities:

• You will manage our sales projects in both domestic and international markets and drive their successful implementation
• You will conduct contract negotiations with our customers and successfully coordinate technical and commercial details
• You will identify new business opportunities early on, develop sales potential from them, and negotiate framework and supply agreements
• With your keen sense of customer needs, you will nurture and further develop existing customer relationships and acquire new business partners
• Working closely with the product teams, you will actively help shape our sales strategy and provide new impetus
• You will be responsible for managing sales processes and ensuring accurate forecasting
• You will professionally present our product portfolio at trade shows, conferences, and other sales events

What we're looking for:

• You have a degree in engineering or business administration, or technical vocational training with relevant additional qualifications
• You have several years of professional experience in national and international sales, ideally in mechanical engineering or the packaging industry
• You are very familiar with selling technical products or solutions that require detailed explanation
• In addition to being fluent in German, you also communicate confidently in English and are comfortable working in an international environment
• You are motivated to develop new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and actively help shape sales strategies
• You are characterized by strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, negotiation skills, and an independent and structured way of working
• You enjoy personal customer contact, participating in trade shows and events, and taking national and international business trips
