Rausgegangen is a digital guide to cultural events in major cities. It recommends events across Germany and provides the event industry with a technical backbone through its Eventzentrale and marketing and ticketing capabilities.

Задачи:

• Drive revenue and network growth in Berlin and Leipzig Identify relevant cultural organizations, from booking agencies and theaters to independent cultural groups, and close partnerships
• Use an existing network in the cultural scene to attract event organizers to Rausgegangen
• Close media, marketing, and ticketing partnerships
• Build trusted relationships, support partners from onboarding through deal closing, and develop partnerships over the long term
• Collaborate closely with the team, share insights from the region, and contribute to the further development of the platform

Требования:

• Several years of experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the culture, events, or creative industries
• An established network in the cultural scene
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, with a good understanding of people and markets
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, including confidence in negotiations with decision-makers
• Ability to work independently and with a goal-oriented approach; enthusiasm for building something
• German language proficiency at C2 level
