Sales Manager Maritime (m|f|d)

HASYTEC (now Ultrasonic Tech GmbH, part of the ERMA TECH Group) develops and

distributes ultrasonic technology that prevents biofouling on liquid-carrying surfaces. Our

systems are installed on over 300 vessels and offshore platforms worldwide.

We are hiring a Sales Manager Maritime to grow our maritime customer base and expand

our market footprint. You’ll be responsible for selling our ultrasonic systems, identifying

growth opportunities, and supporting customers — from first contact to contract signature.

What you’ll do:

• Sales of ultrasound products and corresponding services in the maritimeenvironment
• Acquisition of new customers for the development of long-term customer relationships
• Identifying market opportunities, analysing trends and competitive activities anddeveloping sales strategies
• Comprehensive customer support including preparation of offers and contracts
• Representing the company at exhibitions and events.
• Maintaining the CRM system and coordinating appointments
• Preparation of reports for the management

What you bring:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable studies
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the maritime sector (equipment, services,shipbuilding).
• Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a confident demeanour
• High degree of initiative, customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
