Provide overall direction, strategy, and leadership to Sales associates covering German Mid‑Market accounts to achieve Sales goals. Expect excellence and professionalism from all Sales associates in the performance of their functions. Be part of the Sales management team by understanding and managing the Sales role in achieving the Sales goals of the Mid‑Market team. Act as a thought leader in the Sales management team to provide strategic direction and achieve outcomes through leading others by example.
