Sales Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Support the EMEA Sales organization with forecasting accuracy and reporting.
• Improve CRM governance and enhance sales processes for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Own regional sales forecasting processes and maintain documentation.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Partner with sales teams to drive CRM adoption and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
