Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg, Germany or Hørsholm, Denmark.

You will work within a team of five, supporting the reporting, data governance, and analytics that our global sales organization relies on. The role sits at the intersection of commercial processes, data, and stakeholder coordination, giving you visibility across the business and a practical understanding of how our sales function operates internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• KPI governance and reporting administration


• Commercial reporting and analytics, including executive and management reporting


• Support forecasting and pipeline visibility


• Commercial master data governance


• Monitor data quality and drive improvement initiatives


• Support and develop Power BI reporting


• Contribute to reporting standardization and governance


• Coordinate reporting requirements across stakeholders and functions


• Support the continuous improvement of commercial processes and decision support

Key Requirements

• Professional experience in reporting and data analysis; this is not a graduate entry role


• Advanced Excel skills


• Strong analytical and structured mindset


• Understanding of CRM systems and commercial processes


• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality


• Ability to translate business needs into practical reporting solutions


• Good stakeholder management and communication skills; confident building relationships with commercial colleagues


• Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment


• Power BI knowledge is an advantage


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken


• Willingness to travel approximately 20% (one to three days, twice a month)
