As Sales Operations & Support Specialist in the Cardiometabolic Business Unit in Cologne, you enable the sales team to focus on strategic activities by delivering operational and commercial support. You uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance, manage quotations and contracts, and coordinate vendor and purchase order processes. You improve sales operations and administrative workflows, support SAP Warehouse & Inventory transactions, and provide data-driven reports to the Sales Team and Country Manager. • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
• Support quality processes per ISO, FDA and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit commercial quotations and contracts with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate vendor management and purchase orders with internal teams
• Identify and implement process improvements in sales operations and administrative workflows
• Support SAP Warehouse & Inventory Transactions for Instruments
• Maintain and update customer/database records
• Provide detailed reports, statistics and analyses to the Sales Team & Country Manager

• Basic commercial training degree
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in Medical Devices / diagnostics or similar environment
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Understanding of data governance and reporting processes
• Experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer-focused organization
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in German and English
