On behalf of our customers we are looking for a Sales &Serviceassistant (m/f/d) at our Cologne location as part of our directpersonnel placement service.

Your Tasks

• Support of the sales team in daily business
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
• Preparation of offers, orders and invoices
• Maintenance of customer data in CRM systems
• Assistance in planning events, fairs and presentations
• Coordination with logistics, finance and product management

Your Profile

• Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• Very good English skills, German knowledge advantageous
• Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Structured, service-oriented and reliable working style
