Salary: Base €34,500 + Uncapped Monthly Commission

What you’ll do

A day in the life of a Sales Specialist

• Manage WARM leads (first point of contact for new and growing businesses interested in our products) and handle the full sales cycle through onboarding new users.
• Respond to inbound leads, consult with the business to capture their profile and needs.
• Maintain your pipeline to identify suitable prospects and guide them through the sales cycle to achieve sales targets and increase bonus earnings (uncapped).
• Provide demonstrations on financial products and advise on benefits in consultation with both high- and low-volume businesses.
• Engage in business-to-business conversations at multiple levels and build strong relationships across the organization.
• Receive comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching to support success.

Qualifications

What we NEED you to have

• Results orientation with drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to establish customer relationships and offer long-term solutions.
• Strong interest in technology; able to explain technical information and create custom solutions.
• Comfort with using different systems and ability to learn processes quickly.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering virtual demos.
• Fluency in English and German.
