To support the continued growth of the WUSTEC organization within our Sales Support / Order Management Center, we are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date. Initially, the position is offered on a one‑year fixed‑term contract, with an attractive prospect of permanent employment. Our goal is to continue providing our customers with outstanding service, fast quotations, reliable feedback, and excellent project support.

Your Responsibilities

Preparing cost calculations and quotations based on customer inquiries
Managing and supporting customer projects, such as product launches, customer‑specific requirements, or the implementation of Just‑in‑Time (JIT) delivery concepts
Supporting the Site Manager in the development and continuous improvement of costing models, as well as the creation of KPIs and performance analyses
Assisting the Sales team with special projects and cross‑functional initiatives
Creating and processing customer orders in ERP systems and WireMind
Preparing, printing, and distributing production orders
Supporting production planning, scheduling, and capacity management
Serving as the central point of contact for customers regarding orders, delivery dates, order tracking, and technical clarifications
Creating delivery notes and invoices
Ensuring material availability to support smooth order fulfillment processes
Handling and tracking customer complaints and claims

Your Profile

Successfully completed a commercial or business‑related vocational training program, or training in a production or electrical engineering environment with a strong focus on administrative and organizational tasks
Technical understanding and basic knowledge of electrical engineering are considered an advantage
Confident user of ERP systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Good English skills are desirable
